Gangneung Mitasuya Ryokan Hotel by Cozy Gangneung Station

Never choose a room with a PC. While playing League of Legends, it kept disconnecting and reconnecting, and I came to play games but couldn't complete a single proper match. There are many other issues besides the photos I took. If it performs this poorly for League, you can imagine other games would be even worse. I don't know if the computer is normally like that or if it was only that day, or if the owner is unaware. I called to let them know because I was worried people who pay extra to reserve the PC room might be affected, and they told me to call some other place. The attitude on the phone felt dismissive, like "what do you want me to do?" Even though I wasn't asking for money, the owner never once said sorry. They don't seem to know any basic information about the computer or its condition. If there is a problem with the computer, you probably won't get immediate help. I'm leaving this because I think it's better to avoid places run by an owner like this.

I drank too much the night before and asked if a late check-out was possible. They guided me very kindly, and I was really grateful. Thanks to them I was able to rest and check out without rushing. The room was tidy and well cleaned, and the bedding was comfortable so I could sleep well. The parking was especially convenient for anyone using a car. Overall it was a satisfying stay. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you! 😊

I couldn't take interior photos, but I often visit Moran Mitasuya Ryokan. I came to Gangneung and it was so nice. I think I'll come again.

The room was small, but it was fine for one night.

It was very clean and cozy, I liked it a lot. The low table was nice, and the bedding is good. There didn't seem to be a diffuser, but I liked that there was a subtle scent when you entered. There was no smell from the air conditioner and everything was tidy. The bathroom was clean and the provided amenities were good. It seems that a lot of care went into the interior and furniture overall. I would use it again when I come back to Gangneung. There is no damping on the front door, so it slams loudly when closed; if people are entering or leaving other rooms you can hear it quite well. Since there is a separate door to the room, I recommend closing it when you sleep.

I made great memories with my daughter. Next time my mom would like it too — it was so clean and quiet with a relaxing atmosphere, and we could rest without worrying about how we'd feel the next day.

The atmosphere was really nice, and the bedding and overall interior were great. They explained everything very kindly, and we had a wonderful day with no inconveniences. I will visit again 😆
