I have come to Mokpo about three times since last year. Every time I came I always stayed here because I liked it. But this time... I stayed in a room on the 5th floor, and the room above was making a huge racket like a war, so I could not sleep and it was very hard… I thought the ceiling was going to collapse. From 7 AM, sigh... Actually it was chaotic the night before too but it got better around 10 so I let it go. This visit is disappointing..
