[Important Considerations]
Room rates are based on the standard occupancy for each room. For special rooms such as party rooms, direct confirmation of the number of guests is required.
If the standard occupancy (12 months or older) is exceeded, additional charges may apply on-site.
Please confirm with the hotel directly regarding the eligibility of minors for check-in before proceeding with your reservation.
Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied check-ins resulting from minors booking mixed-gender rooms.
In case of cancellation due to hotel circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed.
Room information may change frequently due to hotel circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.
If a reservation is canceled due to a simple change of mind or customer circumstances, a fee will be charged according to the cancellation/refund policy.
