1. Plat operates a direct check-in/check-out system and does not have a separate front desk.
2. Room information (room number & access code) will be sent to your registered email address at noon on the day of check-in.
(If a domestic phone number or email address was not provided at the time of booking, we may be unable to send this information, so please be sure to verify your details in advance.)
3. Room access is via a [door lock key], so please be sure to review the details provided in your check-in information.
4. Please use the room information you receive on the day of check-in to enter your room at the designated check-in time.
(The door lock key will not work before your check-in time.)
5. If you need to store your luggage, storage is available starting in the morning on the day of check-in.
6. Please check the User Guide on our website for detailed accommodation information.
7. For inquiries regarding your reservation or the accommodation, please contact our Customer Service Center.
- Basic cleaning is not provided during your stay.
- If you require room cleaning service, please contact the Mobile Front Desk one day in advance. (Paid service)

For same-day reservations, there may be a one-hour wait before room information is sent.
For check-ins after 10:00 PM, please contact the Mobile Front Desk.

[ Additional Guests ]
All in-room facilities are designed for the standard occupancy,
and staying beyond the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
Infants and toddlers aged 36 months or younger are not counted toward the occupancy limit

Minors may stay only when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Please note that we do not allow guests to stay with pets.
If you enter the room without authorization before check-in time, a penalty fee of 30,000 won may be charged.
While we strive to ensure a safe stay, the property cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from guest negligence.
Please be advised that in the event of damage to or loss of property, you will be required to compensate the property for the original purchase price.
All areas within the building, including the outdoor balcony, are non-smoking zones.
Smoking will result in a 150,000 won penalty or a ban on future reservations at any of our locations.
Guests who cause harm to others or engage in threatening behavior will be subject to immediate eviction.
Please be considerate of others during “quiet hours” after 9:00 PM.
If the room is left in poor condition due to guest use after checkout, special cleaning fees may be charged.
The orientation of the bed, the view, and the design of room decor may differ from the photos.
