1. Please check the occupancy standards for each room. An additional fee will be charged on the day for extra guests.

(An additional charge of 20,000 KRW per extra person applies)

2. Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

3. Refunds and cancellations may be processed differently according to regulations.

4. Minors booking mixed-gender rooms will be denied entry, and cancellations/refunds are not possible in such cases.

5. In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and laundry fees will be charged.

6. A reissuance fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged if the room key card is lost.
