All room rates are based on double occupancy, and an additional charge of 10,000 KRW will apply for each extra person. Please note that no additional bedding will be provided.

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images shown depending on the room (building) structure and furniture arrangement.

Guests may be denied entry or asked to vacate in the following cases, and no cancellations/refunds will be possible:

Minors are not permitted to check in without a legal guardian. (ID verification may be requested, and refusal may result in denial of entry.)

Cohabitation of three or more men and women who are not family members is not allowed.

Pets and livestock are prohibited.

Guests engaging in excessive entertainment, drinking, or loud noise that disturbs other guests will be asked to vacate.

Cooking in the room, bringing in or using flammable materials will result in guests being asked to vacate.

The total number of parking spaces allowed per room, including the hotel parking lot and the second parking lot, is one. An additional charge of 10,000 KRW (15,000 KRW on Fridays/Saturdays) will be incurred for each additional vehicle.

The second parking lot (Gold Parking Tower) is available from 3:00 PM to 11:45 AM the next day. (Charges apply outside these hours, to be paid by the guest.)

Vehicles that have entered the second parking lot (Gold Parking Tower) cannot be parked in the hotel parking lot after going out and must re-enter the second parking lot.

Customers using the second parking lot (Gold Parking Tower) are advised that if parking fees are paid directly by the guest under any circumstances, card cancellations or refunds are not possible. Please inquire with the hotel before making any payments.
