[Ruby Room - Pet-Friendly Room Guidelines]

Size Restriction: Only small dogs weighing 8kg or less are allowed. (To be confirmed at check-in)

Mandatory Accompaniment: When going out, you must always take your pet with you. Leaving your pet alone in the room is strictly prohibited.

Manner of Movement: In public areas of the hotel such as the lobby and corridors, please hold your pet or use a cage.

Restricted Breeds and Large Dogs: The 5 breeds of fierce dogs designated by the Animal Protection Act and their hybrids are not permitted, regardless of weight.

Complaint Prevention Policy: Even if not a fierce dog, large dogs that may threaten others, or breeds prone to causing complaints, may be restricted from entry to ensure a pleasant hotel environment.

Etiquette Compliance: For the comfort of other guests, if your pet exhibits excessive barking or aggression, its use may be restricted or you may be asked to vacate immediately.

Liability for Damages: Please note that if hotel facilities are damaged or bedding is soiled due to negligence, restoration costs (e.g., special cleaning fees) may be charged.

Edelweiss/Aurora/Glorio rooms can accommodate up to 2 people.

Envidion rooms can accommodate up to 3 people with no extra charge, and Special rooms can accommodate up to 4 people with no extra charge.

ID: To prevent혼숙 (mixed-gender stays for minors), we legally reserve the right to request identification. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated.

Each room is disinfected after every use as a standard practice.

(We use disinfectants certified by the Accommodation Association as harmless to humans.)

Reuse of bedding linens is strictly prohibited.

Air purifier filters are regularly replaced in all rooms.

Separate ventilators are installed in all rooms and bathrooms (for constant ventilation to ensure fresh air).

Used rooms are disinfected and then subject to a break time of a certain duration or more.
