3. Refunds and cancellations may be processed differently according to regulations.

4. ID will be checked upon entry, and minors are restricted from staying.

5. In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and cleaning fees will be charged.

6. A reissuance fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for lost room key cards.
