Adults only
There are many restaurants nearby so the location is good. The view is nice, the interior is tidy, and I had no discomfort during my stay. There was a free parking lot nearby, but because it rained I paid 10,000 won to use a 24-hour parking lot... The owner was kind, so I would consider returning.
The soundproofing was a bit disappointing, but it was clean and nice - 🤍
It was excellent. From now on, whenever I come to Seoul on business, I'll always stay here!!!!

Located a 5-minute walk from Hapjeong Station It felt like an officetel being used as accommodation. When I first entered, I was surprised because there was no bed. It is a duplex, and if you go up the stairs there is a cozy bed, and the bed was more comfortable than I expected—I slept well. The view is really nice. It was a bit disappointing that the windows had some grime so things looked a little hazy. The water pressure is a bit weak, which could be a downside. There is nothing to hold onto in the toilet. Other than that, it was in very clean condition. The noise level was fine. I slept very well.
1. An amazing Han River view: This alone is reason enough to visit. It is even better with a good bottle of wine. 2. A cozy, home-like feel: The place is so neatly arranged it hardly feels like a rental. The clean bathroom and bedding go without saying. 3. Convenient parking: Although it is a mechanical parking system, even those not confident at parking can use the mirror to park comfortably. No worries about finding a spot or door dings. 4. Friendly host: They kindly send information by message without even asking. Wishing you great success.
I liked it so much I want to go again. The Han River view is so pretty, the mattress is comfortable, there are lights everywhere so it creates a nice atmosphere at night, the wallpaper is white and looks clean with no visible stains, there is an electric massager, dryer (?), towels, a washing machine, detergent, toothbrush, shampoo, and conditioner provided, it's also not far from Hapjeong Station which is great. If I had to pick shortcomings: the water pressure is a bit weak and the stairs are slightly steep? I have very long curly hair but I was still able to wash it well. As for the stairs, you naturally take care not to fall if you don't want to die. There are many places to eat nearby... Ah I want to go again. I couldn't take photos because I was having such a great time.
