The facilities were fine, but the cleanliness and especially the water pressure were disappointing. I travel to Seoul frequently for business and I will not book this again. After talking with the property staff there was no improvement, and they said the water pressure can't be helped since they renovated an old building. For women it can be difficult to wash their hair, so be sure to read reviews before booking.
Check-in was supposed to be at 4, but I checked in around 9:30 and when I entered: Oh my god—there were all kinds of hair and debris on the floor, and stains and black grime in the bathroom… I was upset but left my key at the counter asking them to clean while I went to eat, since it wasn't cleaned. The staff apparently leaves at 10, and they just left the key with no action, so we cleaned it ourselves ^-^ Just as I was calming down and about to sleep I found >>a used condom<<< next to the bed. I couldn't even bring myself to take a photo ㅠ It was the worst accommodation. The control center only apologized and said they'd tell the staff tomorrow and take action, but what could be requested after we've already slept? They offered no compensation, so we just left ^^ Although it was newly opened, it was an old building with added finishes, so it didn't feel especially clean or pleasant. Soundproofing was terrible, you could hear the Vietnamese cleaning staff talking very clearly, the drain was clogged with hair so water wouldn't go down, and the tea set was dusty so we didn't touch it. It was cheap so we expected a small room, but it was just the worst.
It was newly remodeled, clean, and nice. The water pressure is very weak; it would be better if it were a bit stronger.
I had a comfortable rest and am leaving~~
