The staff were kind. To get straight to the point, the soundproofing is nonexistent. You can hear conversations and even the TV from the next room. Because this is a lodging, other disruptive noises are heard without any filtering, so staying with children became a nightmare. The problem is that after midnight it switches to unmanned operation, so they do not answer the phone and there is no response or action, leaving guests unprotected. If it was this bad, they should have asked for understanding in advance or offered a room change for families... After midnight the front desk became unmanned and calls would not connect, so we packed up and stayed at another hotel. Please reinforce the soundproofing. Not recommended for families.

The facilities were clean and parking was convenient. The windows were not double-glazed so outside noise could be heard easily, and I had booked a room with a bathtub but was first assigned a room without one, so they reassigned me to a different room.
