The staff were friendly, the bedding was clean, and parking and access were convenient. Self check-in and self check-out at the kiosk made arriving and leaving easy. There were three disappointing things. First, when we first entered there was a strong mixed smell of the bathroom drain and water that was very unpleasant. Even after ventilating, one of the bathrooms continued to smell (fortunately there were two bathrooms, so we kept one door closed and did not use it). Second, I paid extra and booked a room with a jacuzzi on purpose, but I could not use it properly. The “jacuzzi” was not a real jacuzzi but about the size of a small public bath tub. At first I thought it was very large and I could enjoy it, but even when I set the water to the hottest setting it was only lukewarm and cooled almost immediately while filling, so when I tried putting my feet in the water it felt cold. It also took very long to fill (it took about 30 minutes to fill about 10 cm, even though the depth was about 1 meter), so I turned it off and just showered. The shower water was only moderately warm as well. Third, a single remote controlled everything, including the air conditioner. The temperature could only be set to three buttons: 18, 23, or 27 degrees Celsius, so turning it off was too hot and turning it on was too cold. There was no way to adjust the exact temperature or fan strength, which was disappointing. If these issues are addressed, the stay would be much better.

It was wonderful. I will stop by again when I come to Gwangju.

Went to Gwangju to watch baseball with the kids. The bathtub was huge so they splashed around like they were swimming. A food street is just a short walk from the lodging. The staff were friendly and parking was ample. Will definitely revisit 10000%.

Clean, easy to park, convenient to use, and the staff were very friendly with directions. I think I will use it every time I come to Gwangju! Very satisfied!

There are few places with a jacuzzi. It was spacious, clean, and nice.

I love this place! Go here! It's newly built so it's clean and the bedding was comfortable. Above all, there was a very large jacuzzi so I could relax comfortably. It relieved all my fatigue and made for a pleasant trip. It is near a famous rice cake shop and popular restaurants, so we left the car and walked. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Clean and nice~ The facilities themselves are very good and the security is good. There is a jacuzzi, so I recommend it if you want that. There is no smell!!!
