Hyatt Place Busan Yeonsan

There probably isn't a better place than this in Yeonsan-dong.

This is my third visit and it's still good.

The room was clean and nice.

Because it is newly built, it was clean~ However, because a nightclub is nearby and they said the noise was severe, they moved me to a twin room... They told me this at check-in so I had no choice. Also, I was with my partner, you know.

Being in the city center, it seems like a good location for travelers on foot. The hotel seems fairly new, and there were a lot of foreign guests. Parking was not difficult. I had booked a double room, but the pounding bass from a nightclub in the next building was so loud it gave me a headache... When I told the front desk, they said they would bring earplugs and came up, but instead they moved my room to the opposite side. The other side was quiet. The staff were friendly and smiled, so it wasn't bad. Water pressure was good. Everything was clean and nice. One thing: the room they moved me to had no coffee or tea bags, and although shampoo and body wash were stocked, the conditioner did not come out when pressed, so I used the conditioner I had brought to wash my hair. Aside from the nightclub noise (which may depend on the room type), overall it was clean and the staff were friendly and nice.

Located in a busy restaurant district, great for a food-focused trip.

I stayed for a business trip and was very satisfied overall. First, the room was well maintained and felt pleasant as soon as I entered, and the bedding was comfortable so I could rest well. I was tired from my business schedule, and it provided a good environment for a deep sleep. The staff were especially courteous overall, so I had no problems from check-in to check-out. They responded quickly to requests, which left a good impression on the service side as well. The view from the room exceeded my expectations, and the location had good accessibility, making it convenient to get around. I felt it would also be fine for personal travel, not just business. Overall, it was accommodation with high satisfaction for the price, and I would use it again when I visit Busan next time.
