Bugok Shilla Hotel

I booked because this was the only accommodation available here, but for the high price the facilities and service did not seem to match. It was an ondol-style room where you sleep on bedding laid on the floor, and there was only one chair, so you had to do everything on the floor. The parking lot was small and parking was difficult, and because the facilities are old, some items were broken or rusted and showed signs of age in many places. There was not even a small multipurpose table in the room, so we put snacks on the floor to eat. Because it is a hot spring area, the water in the bath and indoor shower felt smooth and nice. There are many restaurants nearby, but you should check conditions carefully before going. In Bugok I was surprised to find places like in Jeju or Ulleungdo that try to force you to order a minimum number of servings and overcharge. Thanks to that, though, I found one great restaurant next door. Next time, if I can't find a place I like, I might plan a visit without staying overnight.

I had a good rest. It seems to be getting more crowded..! The public bath was too crowded, which was disappointing.

It feels like an old motel and the cleanliness was poor. There were too many hairs and dust. The space is large.

We had a nice day with the family. The water flowed well and the room was large.. The side with the window by the wall had a draft, so it was a bit cold haha If I go to Bugok again, I will use this place again.
