Really great. The facilities are excellent.
This is a new property and it was quiet. There was no lingering bad smell, which was nice. Although it is not a beach view, it is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the beach. The room had a large TV, a microwave, a Coway water purifier, and a styler, which I liked.
This is a newly built building that opened in March 2026. I prioritized that the most, so I was satisfied. I especially liked that there are sinks beside the room and two in the shower area, and the shower was larger than other places, which was even better. It is about a 3-minute walk from the beach. I usually stay where I can see the sea... the price is a bit low so it is also great value. You can have a simple breakfast. Highly recommended~~

If smoking is detected in the room, a special cleaning fee and room damage compensation may be charged.
In Lounge 24, next to the front desk on the 1st floor, coffee, toast, rice, ramen, and other food items are provided free of charge during operating hours.

Hotel-style air conditioning system: Centralized control for pleasant air quality management and individual heating/cooling system.
Double soundproof structure: Minimal corridor noise with inner doors installed in all rooms.
LG Styler: For deodorizing and sanitizing outer garments after meals like grilled clams.
In-room microwave: For late-night snacks and simple meal preparation.
King-size bed: King-size beds and hotel-style bedding in all rooms.
Large smart TV: 65-75 inch large screen (OTT viewing available / personal account required).
Coway water purifier: Equipped with a Coway rental water purifier instead of potentially recycled bottled water (Premium rooms and above include ice maker function).
Hotel-exclusive parking lot: 1 car per room available
Street parking: Due to the nature of the tourist area, parking on the main road around the hotel or on nearby streets is acceptable.
If the hotel parking lot is full, you can use the nearby large free public parking lot (2282 Sinhyeuk-dong, Boryeong-si).
Minors not allowed: Minors unaccompanied by a legal guardian are strictly prohibited from staying, and if caught, will be immediately asked to vacate with no refund.
No smoking in all rooms: If indoor smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee will be charged, and guests will be immediately asked to vacate. (Smoke detectors are active in all rooms).
Compensation may be charged for damage to or unauthorized removal of in-room items.
In cases of damage that may harm operations, such as vomit or stains in the room, an additional fee may be charged depending on the situation.
