The location is a bit awkward, but the facilities are excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were so good that I will come back next time.

Hmm... I have been to many places but this is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this! Looking at the reviews, they say the staff are friendly like review hires, but who are they talking about...? No one was friendly and parking was inconvenient... The bath water quality was bad and the room smelled stale.

Cleanliness and service were good.

Because of construction, vehicles had to park directly behind the spot where I had parked, making it difficult to exit and causing me to leave 40 minutes later than expected. I had another appointment at noon so I needed to leave quickly, but this delay affected my subsequent schedule. I understand the hotel may have thought the construction and unexpected parking issue were sudden, but the staff response was inadequate, which is disappointing compared to the otherwise good experience at the property. Rather than saying it was difficult to contact the owner of the car behind me because the counter staff and that driver were different genders, it would have been better to have a staff member of the other gender contact that driver, explain the situation, and quickly retrieve the car key. That would have allowed a faster response. Of course it still took time and the same steps were followed, but I am leaving this review because I was disappointed that staff did not act unless we prompted them. Apart from this, the hotel's facilities and room condition were good.

This was a 1:00 PM checkout rate, but I received a call to check out at 11:00. This has happened before; I hope you will check this properly.

The room was clean and nice~~ However, we arrived at around 8 PM and the front desk attendant wearing glasses who spoke awkwardly provided extremely poor service. We had driven our Kia Carnival and did not know what to do, so we got out and asked the front desk. They told us we could not enter the tower parking and to pull up to the side. When we came back out, there were cars queued up behind us and the car in front had not received any guidance and was just sitting there. Because the cars behind were packed in, we could not pull to the side, so I got out and, like a valet part-timer, asked the people behind us to move their cars briefly and told the car in front to go into the tower first. Only then were we able to find space and park. Normally, if the area in front of a hotel becomes chaotic because of cars trying to park, shouldn’t staff come out to manage it? The guests were the ones doing it. Also, when an earlier guest asked the front desk for help because they had never used the tower parking, that front desk staff said they do not provide valet, pointed to another parking lot, and told them to go, handling it dismissively. This was the worst service response I have experienced at a hotel.

I see why the reviews are good. The sauna, breakfast, and rooftop were all great. I'll come again.

I liked that the robes were separated into tops and bottoms instead of a single shower gown. There was no coffee in the room, which was a bit disappointing, but green tea and tea sets were provided.

The accommodation and facilities were overall very satisfactory. However, on the day of checkout water leaked from the ceiling in the room, and the amount was more than I expected, which was a bit inconvenient. I mentioned it at checkout and they said they would check, but perhaps they were busy; there was no further guidance, which was disappointing and left me feeling not great. I wish there had been a brief response to the issue. Aside from that, I was generally satisfied with my stay.
