Exceeding 2 guests per room is prohibited (no extra guests/no gathering in one room after booking 2 or more rooms - no refunds or cancellations for this reason).
If a reservation is made for the purpose of a minor's admission or mixed-gender stay (3 or more people), guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
1 vehicle per room / No parking before check-in time.
No parking available for walk-in reservations (existing reservations cannot be canceled).
No candle events, no balloon decorations using tape.
Cooking facilities not available in all rooms, including suites. No pets allowed.
Rooms are randomly assigned from 2 types of Deluxe and 3 types of Premium. (On weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred type request.)
All rooms are Netflix Free Zones (Netflix is a service provided for your convenience, and unavailability due to malfunction is not a reason for refund or cancellation).
This hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored at the front desk, in accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act.

I didn't know much about the reservation, but they explained everything well from the phone call. When I arrived, the staff member wearing a mask and the person beside them kindly explained various things—thank you, they were very friendly. If I come to Seoul again, I'd like to stay here again.
I visited for a business trip. It was clean, the location was good, everything was great!

Clean and quiet, and I liked that the toilet and shower were separate. There was no odor.

Overall it was clean and had no odor, which I liked. They called to say the air conditioner was broken, but it was fixed quickly so it did not cause any problems during my stay. If I come to the area again, I would stay here again~

This price for this quality..?? It's so great :) Many other places have bad smells, but this place doesn't smell at all and everything is nice.
