What if there is no hot water in the morning? I almost missed my meeting.

Among the places I’ve stayed in Bupyeong, this room was the largest and the atmosphere was so cozy that I could relax like I was at home the whole time!! ☺️ They even had a Nintendo inside, so we lost track of time playing games together and made special memories. The place is not only well laid out and comfortable but also has plenty to do, so I strongly recommend it to anyone planning to relax near Bupyeong. 😎

When I entered the room, I was very satisfied with the overall interior and atmosphere. The wood-tone furniture and clean bedding made the place feel cozy and tidy. The facilities were generally clean and the room layout was well planned, so my first impression was very good. However, there were some disappointing points during my stay. The room TV remote did not work, so I tried several times for about 30 minutes and eventually contacted the property. They checked and said the remote had been swapped with one from another room. Because it was late and there was no staff at the front desk, the property advised that someone from their side would go to the other room and bring the correct remote, which resolved the issue. The problem itself can certainly happen, but as a guest it was quite inconvenient and bothersome. I felt it would have been better if there had been a simple apology or a small compensation in such a case. The facilities and atmosphere were definitely good, but I felt their service response could use some improvement.

Check-out time was a bit early, which was a shame, but my girlfriend really liked it and seemed satisfied. The room is small, but you can tell they care about hygiene and the towels were as clean as if they were new. Also, we enjoyed Dinten.

I stayed one night and was really satisfied because it was so clean and modern! I liked that they offered many amenities like coffee, bread, and ramen.

The accommodation was very clean and great. They upgraded our room, so we slept wonderfully in a separate space. It was kept as clean as a first move-in level, and amenities and other items were very well prepared so they could be purchased contactlessly, which I liked. Above all, I'm extremely sensitive to dust and really dislike heaters, but the floor was warm so I almost lay down on the floor even with two beds in the room. If I need to go to Bupyeong, I will definitely stay here. I hope they keep this condition going. Even some four-star places this clean are usually newly built within the last five years. The bedding and mattress are not as soft as a hotel, but because I have a bad cervical spine, that was actually better for me. I go to Incheon often, so I'll come again!!

It seems like the cleanest accommodation in Bupyeong. The room interior felt warm, and there was even a lens case in the hallway, which was very convenient.

I was searching for a place to relax and play Nintendo and ended up coming from far away. I checked in late and called about parking; they confirmed quickly. The place is charming and the minibar has everything you need, the elevator is fast, it feels like a new building, and the pretty, tidy room condition matched the photos! There are many types of games, and because I rarely have the chance to come, I even canceled my next plans and booked an additional short stay so I could enjoy the day!!! I plan to come back here on purpose next time! I hadn’t checked the instructions carefully, but thank you for taking care of us with such kindness. It’s quiet and clean nearby, it feels like I found a little hideout — I hope everyone knows about this place. Thank you 😊
