It was built fairly recently so it was clean and the room was spacious. There is Heungjeong Valley nearby, so I took a morning walk with my child, dipped our feet in the stream, and played. I will come again next time.

This is an affordable pension in Pyeongchang. Affordable doesn’t mean low quality—the facilities are good, and they said it was their first day open on the day I visited. There is a barbecue area, a jokgu (foot-volleyball) court, and a badminton court. The accommodation is non-smoking and features ondol heated-floor rooms. There is a stream right in front, so it would be great in summer. If I come to Pyeongchang again I will book again. Had a pleasant stay.

With mountains and Heungjeong 계곡 (Heungjeong Valley) right in front, the air and water are clean.

Phoenix Park is a 5-minute drive from the pension.

Cooking meat or fish is not allowed in the rooms (personal cooking utensils - grills, charcoal, electric/heating appliances are prohibited).

All trash in the room must be disposed of upon check-out.

Please clean up and wash dishes after meals.

Compensation will be charged for blood stains on bedding.
