I rested well at a nice place~^^
Overall, I am satisfied.
Because it is a new accommodation it was clean, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. There is a 24-hour convenience store inside the property, and the sea is a 5-minute walk away, so it was suitable for a Goseong trip. An induction cooktop is provided in the room, but it was noted that actual simple cooking is difficult, so please keep that in mind.

The facilities are neat and good, but I waited more than an hour to check in, the elevator was crowded so I kept waiting, the pool was crowded so I couldn't go, breakfast had a wait, and taking the elevator was really hard. At checkout it felt like I waited about 20 minutes just for the elevator. I couldn't even see the pool before leaving.
Simple essentials that should have been in the room were not provided, so it felt somewhat lacking. Guests experienced inconvenience due to understaffing. I would need to think about returning. Not the best, but it seems to be acceptable.
It's nice, but there are too few elevators for the number of floors... seriously... This is going to be a disaster in peak season, an elevator shortage.
First of all, for check-in this is top-class among domestic accommodations (sarcasm). If you want to avoid stress, I recommend checking in after 5 PM... After late check-in there is no reservation system for the rooftop pool and no crowd-control measures. Keep that in mind before you come... lol The pool view is nice. There is no changing-room attendant... still feels like details are lacking. And because it’s brand-new, the pest and cleanliness situation is excellent so far. Outside was about 30°C, but they didn’t turn on the hallway air conditioning for the rooms (it’s centrally controlled so I couldn’t turn it on). The room condition isn’t bad. However, if you go out to the terrace you might end up face-to-face with guests in the neighboring room haha—there are no partitions at all lol. The bathroom interior is nice but it’s much smaller than I expected. Check-in is late check-in but checkout is strict as hell lol. If you ride the elevator you’ll often meet guests complaining about things, haha. Waiting for elevators feels like forever; I wish there was at least one extra elevator for Building A and Building B. Elevator wait issues are noticeable. During peak season you need to adopt a very zen mindset... hehe. Breakfast isn’t bad. The food was generally tasty, but crowds can form so I recommend going before 8 AM. When I left there were about 8 parties waiting. Summary: The facilities themselves aren’t bad, but the service is disappointing and many details still feel lacking.
The ocean view and infinity pool were fantastic and very relaxing, but the overall price was too high.
Continuous waiting, someone smoked in the next room, and cleaning was an issue. It felt like you needed to stay at least three nights even though it's a hotel. I wish it looked more like a resort or pension. I saw YouTube saying four stars or five stars, so I thought it was a proper hotel. There was no freezer, and when I asked to store baby food one staff member said it was not allowed; another staff member said it would be fine. When I told the first staff member, they responded with a sullen expression and said it was only this once, which made me feel really sorry toward my baby and my wife. I guess you cannot trust YouTube ^^
The view... the room is clean and feels new~~^^ If you are going to Sokcho, stay here. The sea below is a magnificent sight..
