It was comfortable and pleasant.

Cleanliness and quietness were good. However, be aware that it is not a regular TV but a projector.

They were doing first-floor interior construction to provide better service than when I visited before. I arrived earlier than check-in and was working in the first-floor lobby; they apologized for the construction and offered coffee as a courtesy, which I enjoyed. I booked the smallest room since I was staying alone; it was clean and cool. Even though it was a weekday, it seems rare to find a place in such a great location at this price.
