I stayed one night with my mother. It was clean and quiet, which was nice.
The bedding is nice and the room is on the spacious side, but since I came with a child I felt the cleanliness was a bit lacking. Other than that, it was good!
After reading existing reviews, I expected it to be clean despite being a motel, so I booked it. It seems newly remodeled, so it really felt like a new lodging facility. However, the cleaning was not thorough. There was some dust under the table and when I moved the phone to the side. The floor had some stains and felt dirty. Because I was assigned a first-floor room, the parking lot lights made it hard to sleep. I came to use Shinbuk Hot Springs, but I should have stayed at a resort instead. I don't think I would come back unless the weekday price is cheap.

The accommodation was very clean and I was surprised to find a place of this quality in the area. I also got a discount for the hot springs the next day. It seems great for package stays!
They remodeled so it is very neat and clean. People sensitive to new-house smell might find it a bit uncomfortable, but I liked it. The bathtub seemed a bit small, but it was sufficient for a hot-spring bath. Since I stayed on a weekday, it was quiet, which made it even better!

The cleaning was thorough and the interior was nice. Next time I'll book a room with a bathtub!
The property seemed to have been built relatively recently, so everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was tidy and comfortable to stay in, and I was satisfied with the bedding and bathroom condition. I was especially impressed that hot spring water was available; soaking in the warm water naturally eased my travel fatigue. It was a quiet place ideal for relaxing, and overall it was a memorable and satisfying stay.

Since it is a newly opened hotel, the facilities are nice and the water is good.
The hot spring and the accommodation are close, so I was able to rest quietly and comfortably without inconvenience.
The room was a bit warm, but the hot spring water is amazing. It feels slippery and really like true hot spring water. The Sinbuk Hot Spring bath had floating residue which felt unpleasant, so washing at the accommodation felt much more refreshing~ As for the indoor slippers... please provide a better product. The ones provided are a bit uncomfortable to use.
