I had a comfortable rest.
I didn't expect much since it was cheap, and because I checked in late I figured I'd only nap for less than two hours at most, but calling 35 minutes before checkout and brusquely waking me up is hard to understand. When I came in they kept emphasizing the checkout time because of cleaning so I said okay and that I would be out on time, but really... calling that early? Maybe 10 minutes before would be understandable, but it was almost exactly one hour after I went in. I had barely fallen asleep and could have rested about 30 minutes more; that's too much. It was maddening. I didn't use disposable items, I didn't even use the comforter; I just lay down on top of it.

I had training at the Fire Safety Center Seoul branch near Dangsan Station, so I stayed for four nights from Monday through Friday. I spent the first two nights in the compact room I originally booked, and then learned that the deluxe room had a two-person bathtub. Because I wanted to use the tub, I upgraded to the deluxe room on site, so I am uploading photos of both the compact room and the deluxe room. If you like bathing and plan to use it with two people, I definitely recommend booking at least a deluxe room. There was a foam feature but it did not work. Still, soaking in warm water in the large tub was wonderful. I did a bit of checking around, and I think the bathroom was one of the best in Seoul. If you need more drinks like hutgae tea or LetsBe coffee or water, there is a fridge in front of the front desk, so guests who need drinks can take one. Drinks were not provided in the room refrigerator by default. I wanted to use my personal ultra-fast charger, but the usable outlet was either in a remote corner of the room or not visible, so I had to use the room charger while sleeping. Thank you to the owner for the friendly service. If I have anything else to do in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, I will come again.
Accessible by public transportation and there are many convenient facilities nearby, so that is good but the mattress is too old and the springs inside are poking out a lot my back hurt a lot, so it would be good to replace the mattress This is quite severe :((
Parking is available only for guests staying in Premium, Twin Premium, and other room types that include parking.
Guests staying in Compact rooms may only access the hotel on foot (parking is not permitted under any circumstances for guests in Compact rooms).

Some whirlpool spas installed in Deluxe and Premium units are scheduled to be replaced with newer models in the future, so you will not be able to use their full functionality.
Due to customer complaints and various other issues related to the use of the whirlpool spa, we have been forced to disable the whirlpool spa function. (The tub itself remains usable.)
Customers wishing to use the whirlpool spa feature must contact our main number before making a reservation.

Our hotel has a total of 52 rooms, and the interior design varies for each one.

If you do not contact us prior to booking and we are unable to provide the specific room or options you desire upon your arrival, we will not be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience (no refunds or cancellations).
Please note that the “Couple PC” option rooms listed on booking sites and apps do not include a PC capable of playing games. Additionally, we have non-smoking rooms available, so please be sure to inquire before booking or checking in.
Even if you book a Premium Room, you may be randomly assigned a Twin-Premium Room depending on hotel room availability (no refunds or cancellations allowed).
Due to frequent bidet malfunctions across all guest rooms, there are often rooms where the bidet does not work or is missing entirely.
Please be advised that (refunds and room changes are not available) as a result.

All room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional fee applies for extra guests (applicable only when booking a Twin-Premium room; no single occupancy allowed; limited to one extra guest; mixed-gender occupancy not permitted). For more than one extra guest, an additional room must be booked.
Check-in will be refused if three or more people are sharing a room.
If the original guest(s) changes after check-in, e.g., if one man and one woman check in, then the woman leaves and another man checks in, or if another woman checks in; or if one man checks in, another man from the same party checks in, then the first man checks out, and another man or woman arrives, the front desk will deny check-in. Please be aware of this.
If you have reserved and are using two or more rooms, please note that gatherings of three or more people in a single room or moving between rooms are not permitted. (Please understand that these restrictions are in place to prevent complaints from neighboring rooms due to noise.)
Any violations of the above rules will result in non-cancellable reservations and no refunds. Please be aware of this.
To help ensure a smooth checkout for our guests, we offer a checkout reminder service.
For standard room rentals, we call your room 30–40 minutes before checkout; for weekday unlimited rentals, 40–50 minutes before; and for overnight stays, 1 hour before.
This is done at the request of most of our guests to ensure you have ample time to prepare for checkout. If you do not require a checkout reminder call, please inform the front desk before or during your check-in, and we will not contact you regarding this service. Thank you.
Even if the check-out time is set for 9:00–10:00 PM, check-out may be processed 10–30 minutes earlier than scheduled if you check in earlier than your reservation time, or due to disinfection procedures and other hotel circumstances. (The front desk will inform you of this upon check-in.)
For weekday unlimited stays or weekend early check-in stays, check-in may be slightly delayed if the hotel is fully booked the previous day. We appreciate your understanding. (No refunds or cancellations.)
Refusal of check-in due to minors is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please note that we will verify identification upon check-in. If you do not bring valid identification, refusal of check-in is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Infants and toddlers may be refused entry for safety reasons; pets are not allowed.
No refunds or cancellations will be granted for entry refusals due to these reasons.

Up to 1 day prior: 100% refund
On the day of check-in: Cancellation and refunds not permitted
If you exceed the check-in checkout time by 5 minutes or more, an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.
If you exceed the overnight checkout time by 10 minutes or more, an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.
If you exceed the daily room rental cutoff time by 5 minutes or more, the full overnight rate for that day will be charged.
When paying the standard rate at the front desk, check-out times are 12:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM on weekends.
For stays booked after the same-day reservation cutoff using member benefits during early morning hours, check-out is at 12:00 PM on weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and the day before a public holiday.
Due to circumstances on the provider’s end (server errors and scheduled maintenance), the OTT auto-login program may occasionally be unavailable. Refunds or cancellations cannot be issued for reasons related to this.
Although our hotel’s promotional photos show two computers, due to current circumstances at the hotel, only one computer is currently available for use.
