Connected Hotel Guro

I thought the parking would be underground, but it was inconvenient so I was a bit surprised. The facilities themselves are not bad.

It is near the station and looked exactly like the photos.

I chose it because the location was good! However, from check-in I was shocked because staff treated me as if I had made a duplicate reservation with another guest of the same name. Even after I repeatedly explained that my contact information and booking channel were different, they still acted as if I had double-booked, which was frustrating and made me feel the property manages guest reservation information carelessly.

The staff were friendly and it was nice.

It was close to the station, and it was convenient because if the building parking was full we could park at a nearby shopping mall.

The mattress was very bad It was actually worse than the floor.

I had a satisfying day.

It was a 15-minute walk to Korea University Guro Hospital, so it was convenient to stay.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable and it squeaks~

It was pleasant, no odors, and the bed sheets were clean, which I liked. But seriously lol the soundproofing is a problem that probably can't be fixed now, right? At three in the morning it sounded like people from the next room arrived; I could hear them saying "open the door" and other things, lol. The poor soundproofing really made it hard to sleep 😢 If only the soundproofing were fixed, it would be perfect.
