Clean and the parking is convenient, so I liked it.

The hotel is nice. Mobile check-in and check-out are convenient, and the room was clean, so I had a good stay.

Check-in could be done via mobile, so I didn't have to wait in line at the front desk to get a room key, which was convenient. The room was clean, and parking registration was easy—just send a text message. However, it is in the same building as the Gloster Hotel, so I was confused at first, but the staff kindly guided me so there was no inconvenience.

I didn't realize it was a contactless self-check-in hotel when I arrived, so I was a bit surprised at first. The office is not in the lobby but next to the convenience store, so I wandered for a moment, but the staff kindly guided me and I checked in without any problem. I was on a business trip; the room was neat and clean so I stayed comfortably.

The room condition was excellent and the bedding was clean, so I rested comfortably. The room number and door lock code arrived by text, so I could go straight to the room without lining up, which was convenient. It used to be the Kaetree Hotel building and now shares the building with Gloster Hotel, so it was easy to find. It is a good hotel to use when visiting KINTEX or the Ilsan area.

Spacious, the mattress and bedding were clean, and everything was orderly, neat, and luxurious. The facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly.

The self-check-in system was convenient. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there was a problem with very poor drainage in the shower booth.

The room was in very good condition.
