Jeju Eichae Hotel

It was good this time too, but the fan makes a bit of noise.

The room shown when I booked and the room actually assigned were different. That room was already occupied, so I was shown the first room. The first room had toilet paper on the floor and was not clean, so I requested a change. (Because there was toilet paper and the room looked dirty.) They picked up the toilet paper. the second room I was given afterwards showed signs of the bathtub being ripped out, the door was dented, there was mold, etc., so I asked for the previous room instead. While requesting a different room, another guest waited nearby, and that waiting guest complained that someone was already in the room they wanted (which had nothing to do with me). (There actually was someone inside.) In the meantime I was shown a third room instead of the second (because waiting guest 1 told me the room number on the key they were holding, so I naturally thought it was the first room I had entered and waited), and that room was even worse, to summarize. So I asked for the first room I had entered originally, and when I asked why they gave me this room they said someone had booked it in the meantime. The waiting guest and the other guest who had already checked in and unpacked had rooms that had nothing to do with the first, second, and third rooms I saw. They reacted irritatedly as if saying, “The situation got messed up because of the guest,” as if I had caused inconvenience to the waiting guest. I had come on a pleasant trip and decided to just use the room, so I went in. It was so cold inside that there was no heating when I checked for it; there was no heater either. They said it was central heating. I arrived around 7:00, but it felt cold. Another guest reportedly called saying they were cold too. I just bundled up in blankets and slept; the floor warmed up a bit later. I returned the key in the early morning and left. When I went out, my car was blocked by another car.

The interior was cleaner than the exterior. However, the bleach smell used when cleaning the bathroom was a bit strong, so I ran the ventilation fan on full. There were no particular inconveniences.
