How to use: Change into the exclusive gown provided in your room, then you can enter the ondol sauna on B1.

Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. If it's full, please wait for your turn.

After use, please tidy up briefly for the next person before leaving.

Parking is not available and parking fees are not supported.

This is a Self-Check-In Property. For your initial check-in, please ring the bell next to the main entrance, connect with staff, and follow their instructions to enter. (After check-in, you can use your key card for entry)

All guests are required to present identification, and please understand that usage may be restricted if ID verification is refused, in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Juvenile Protection Act.

Cancellations/refunds due to denied entry for mixed-gender bookings involving minors are not possible.

For special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of more than 2 people, mixed groups of 3 or more people (excluding family units) are not allowed.

Early check-in may incur additional charges.

Excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc., may result in compensation claims. Taping for events and use of fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks are prohibited; damage or fire caused by their use will incur liability for compensation.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation; please inquire in advance for commercial video shoots.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money, other valuables, and valuables in vehicles must be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for money or other valuables not stored at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your key card at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged for lost key cards.

Excessive noise from activities such as drinking or shouting may result in eviction, and no refund will be processed.

Damage or theft of room items may result in criminal charges, depending on the case.

OTT services like Netflix can be used for free with your own account.

In line with our ESG management for environmental protection, some disposable amenity sets are sold for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk for purchase.

Reusable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room are free to use.

※ For safe and pleasant sauna use, please adhere to the following rules.

1. Absolutely no pouring water on stone heaters or placing towels on them: There is a risk of overheating, short circuits, and fire, so do not pour water or place items like towels on the heater.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: There is a risk of item deformation and ignition due to high temperatures, so please keep personal belongings outside, and refrain from bringing food for a pleasant environment.

3. Responsibility for violating safety rules: In case of fire or facility damage due to violation of usage rules or negligence, compensation for damages may be claimed under Article 750 of the Civil Act, and criminal liability (arson) may be incurred under relevant laws. These measures are for everyone's safety, so we ask for your active cooperation.
