Our hotel operates the CAPS unattended check-in system from 10:00 PM until 10:00 AM the following day.

Therefore, all guests checking in after 10:00 PM are requested to bring a physical ID.

You must present a physical ID and verify your age at the self-service kiosk to check in.

If you do not have a physical ID, your check-in may be restricted,

and please note in advance that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Failure to present an ID will result in denied access, and per our policy, no refunds will be issued for same-day stays.

- Please be advised that unauthorized entry into a room will result in immediate eviction, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

- The base rate is for 2 people; an additional fee of 20,000 won applies for each additional person

(Twin rooms are limited to 2 guests.)

- An additional charge of 10,000 won applies for extra blankets.

Please use the outdoor smoking area on the first floor.

If cigarette smoke or cigarette butts are found during the room inspection after checkout, a cleaning fee may be charged later.

Candles, stickers, and balloons are prohibited in all guest rooms. Violators will be held liable for damages.
