Friendliness, cleanliness, and convenience are excellent.

The children's pool is well-equipped, so it's a great hotel for a staycation with kids. Compared to Seoul hotels, the rooms are more spacious and offer good value. Check-in and check-out were flexible, so we were able to rest comfortably.

It was clean, the atmosphere and view were lovely, and the staff were friendly.

We enjoyed a delightful staycation with the family. The kids liked it — clean and nice accommodation.

The staff were very friendly so I had an enjoyable stay. I ordered room service and ate, but the food was a bit cold, which was disappointing.

^^Great accommodation, upgraded to Deluxe~ thank you^^ Close to the sea and Paradise City, so there are plenty of things to enjoy! However, for elderly guests (my 87-year-old mother), moving up and down the stairs serving the 8th sector of the breakfast buffet and crossing the 2nd-floor bridge between East and West could be somewhat difficult.
