This is by far the best place I've stayed at. The bed was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, it was very clean, well maintained, and the room was really, really nice. Next time I'll have to try a suite. This hotel is on a whole different level — it's awesome.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Seoul and after a lot of searching we chose Autumn Hotel and left very satisfied. The staff were friendly, and even though it was early morning they accommodated our requests, which we appreciated. Putting friendliness aside, it was very clean and felt like a new building, which I liked. I think we'll visit again on our next trip, haha.

I booked quickly with a friend in Sinchon and used Autumn Hotel — it exceeded our expectations so I'm leaving a review. First, the location is really good: close to Sinchon Station and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, so it wasn't inconvenient even coming back late. Check-in was quick so we could go to our room right away, and the staff were friendly which gave a good first impression. When we entered the room the main thing I noticed was how much cleaner it was than I expected. The bedding was clean and there was no dust smell, so even people with sensitivities should be fine. The bathroom was well maintained with no limescale and the hot water worked well, so it was easy to shower. The bed was especially soft — after a full day out I slept like a log. Noise insulation wasn't a big issue, so it was a good place to rest quietly. Considering the price, it was a great value. I would recommend it to people looking for a clean, well-located hotel in Sinchon. I'll use it again if I come back to the area.

This is the best in Sinchon! I think it's worth paying extra to stay here. I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to for this place. When I want to avoid cleaning at home I go to a hotel, and this one is a top recommendation. It's super clean and the TV is huge. The parking lot is spacious and easy to enter, and they offer valet. If you order delivery they bring it right to your room number. Seriously highly recommended!

The staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms are clean with a modern look so they are very pretty. If I come to Sinchon I'll probably only stay here.

Booked this Shinchon Autumn Hotel🍂 to quietly relax as a couple. The location was convenient for visiting restaurants and cafes, and the room’s atmosphere was much better than I expected as soon as we walked in. The lighting was soft and the bedding was fluffy, so we really felt like we got proper rest🥹 Especially at night, watching a movie together felt exactly like a hotel-vacation vibe, and the room condition was clean so we could stay comfortably. The TV is huge. Highly recommend!!👍 If you’re looking for a good value couple’s stay in Shinchon, this seems like a pretty good choice✨ I’m thinking of coming again for the next date!

The room was completely comfortable and spacious enough for two people to move around without any inconvenience, so it was awesome. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, which was great :) Will definitely revisit 100%!!!

I booked a suite to relax with my girlfriend, and it was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. The room was fairly spacious and the bed was comfortable. Since it’s Shinchon, there are many places to eat nearby and the location was decent. I’ll probably use it again when I’m in the area. Good.
