Toyu Ryokan Hotel

The staff were really friendly, so from check-in to check-out I had a great time! The place is spacious and has a nice atmosphere, so all my friends on the trip were satisfied👍 There were no windows, but I never felt stuffy or like the air wasn't circulating. The living room had a big TV and a table, so it was reeeally great for everyone to gather, eat, and hang out. Because of that, we had a fun time even after returning to the accommodation haha The amenities smelled so nice I almost wanted to buy and keep them😂 If I come to Busan again, I'd definitely book here!!

I stayed for two nights. I stayed in room 303, and a female staff member kindly guided me at first, so I was able to check in pleasantly. Overall the atmosphere was nice and the interior was clean, so I was able to rest well. There is no elevator, but the front desk brewed coffee for us and gave coffee coupons, so I enjoyed good coffee throughout my stay. The breakfast is really tasty too hehe

The front desk staff are very friendly, so you feel good right from the start. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no elevator and only stairs, but the room condition is good so that is tolerable. However, soundproofing is a bit lacking, and it takes a while to fill the jacuzzi.

I booked because of the good reviews. It was clean and nice like in the photos, but that was it. You have to go up to the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, the soundproofing is poor, you cannot open the windows, and the jacuzzi is useless—if you use it it will get humid and stifling. The shower drains slowly, the room is small and cramped. It felt like I just wasted the lodging fee. Very disappointing. Only the breakfast was tasty. The excessive friendliness seems to have a reason.

Spacious, clean, and in a great location.

The accommodations and facilities were excellent for the price: spacious, comfortable, and the service and breakfast were very good. However, I never expected it to be in the basement. Even though it was underground, the facilities, environment, and room condition were top-notch, so overall I was satisfied, but I wonder how one would respond if a fire broke out... The layout makes you worry that a fire could become a big problem.

The manager here is extremely kind; they generously gave cafe drinks at the front desk as a complimentary service! Another staff member was also very kind—when I called late at night, they came up to explain everything. There is no elevator, so it is difficult if you have large luggage, and the bathroom ventilation is poor. However, the quality of the breakfast is so good it can offset those drawbacks. If you have the stamina and want to enjoy the nearby hot springs, this is a good place. And don't skip breakfast—definitely eat it. My parents loved it.

From the entrance I felt full of charm and went in feeling happy! The people at the front desk were all kind and explained everything well :) The interior was spacious enough for two, and the jacuzzi was deeper than I expected so I really got some healing. The building looked amazing at night! I want to come again hehe + If you use a hair iron, please bring one! Basic shower amenities and a toothbrush are provided, and for anything extra check with the counter or the information notice.

It felt a bit expensive when I first booked, but after staying it was an accommodation that satisfied me in every way~~
