Spacious, clean, and nice.
The accommodation itself is quite old, but it is well maintained and there is a friendly owner.
The front desk service was fine, and it was cozy in many ways.
I visited with my child; the facilities were good and the staff were friendly, so it was pleasant. It is a memorable place to stay!
I stayed one night with my husband and used the short-stay option since I took a day off to rest. I liked the pillows so much I'm planning to buy them, and the speaker's sound quality was good so I might buy that too~ haha We enjoyed good music and had a great rest.
I don't usually write reviews, but this is the first time something like this happened during a stay lol… I found a pair of underwear I had never seen before in the basket under the clothes rack and wondered what it was, and it turned out someone had worn it. What was worse was when I called the front desk to ask them to take it, they only came about 15 minutes later. At first they tried to open the door from outside, then the bell rang again about five minutes later. A foreign staff member was standing outside saying the owner told them to take it. Of course I couldn't touch that underwear, so I asked them to come get it themselves, but they didn't understand. I kindly handed them the whole basket, and then they suddenly made a strange laughing sound, kept laughing like "hahaha sorry haha," and just took it and left. I don't usually write reviews, but putting cleanliness aside, their handling of the situation afterward was really unpleasant.
The cleanliness of the accommodation is the worst!!! ******Nails and red pepper powder on the table..*** Even if I let that slide, how is there ***love gel*** used by a previous guest next to the bed? This is too much. Also, the robe was damp and felt very gross when I put it on. I question whether any cleaning was actually done. I came to Busan for a pleasant trip, but the front desk staff just said "sorry" and the solution was to switch the room. Also, making us wait in the lobby for tens of minutes while they supposedly look for a replacement room was unpleasant. If the hotel made a mistake, isn't quick action essential? If you're going to make us wait tens of minutes, at least tell us you'll contact us later. Moving luggage is already a hassle and put me in a bad mood, and having to wait that long for them to find another room made me very angry. I wasted a lot of time on my trip. They didn't even give proper instructions like a pamphlet about the public bath or available snacks — they just tossed a sheet and that was it. I couldn't even eat the late-night snack because I wasn't told how to get it. This accommodation is worse than a motel. I reluctantly stayed, but I hope others read this carefully before booking. I paid a high price and my mood is ruined. Please;;; this is a place where people stay, so don't just clean what is visible — clean thoroughly. Having love gel rolling around is unacceptable. I've never left a review before, but I'm so angry and this is the worst place I've ever stayed, so I'm leaving one now; And why do you post photos that make it look like you rent yukata when there are none in the room..? I will never come back. This is the worst.

The desk staff were friendly and the large public bath was great. However, parking is allowed in the corridor connecting the main building and annex, so you have to take a long detour which was inconvenient. The noodles provided as a late-night snack sold out quickly, and there was no clear notice about them being sold out, so many guests were confused. The noodles were suitable as a late-night bite. The cold pool in the large public bath was kept at a low temperature and was very appealing.

We left with warm, happy memories with the family. The facilities were clean and the in-room bath was spacious, which we liked.

A great place to stay for a short time.
