Maybe it was an unlucky day, but there was no hot water so I had a cold shower. The agent kept giving irrelevant answers and it was disappointing.
My family stayed comfortably and had a great time. First of all, the ondol floor heating is the best. It was nice and warm, the bed was cozy, and the bathroom fan works well so if you close the door things dry quickly. There are dishes and a sink, so it’s good for families with kids. The children slept on the second floor and the adults on the first floor and everyone slept soundly. There are good restaurants nearby so you can bring food in, and it’s not far from the subway so it’s convenient to get around. There are so many advantages. On the 3rd floor there is a water purifier, coffee machine, and paper cups which is convenient. The laundry room next to the 4th floor rooms lets you wash and dry — excellent! A few minor downsides: although there are dishes, there is no dish drying rack, and there were no bathroom slippers. Because it was winter I just stacked the dishes next to the sink. That helped with humidity, but in summer a small drying rack would be necessary. I bought one pair of slippers from Daiso and used those. My overall rating is 4.9 out of 5. For the record, it was an unmanned property so I was a bit flustered at first, but everything that needed to be done worked.

Good for staying with three daughters First of all, the water pressure is amazing!!!!!!!! Kiosk check-in was simple and fast The wood tones give a warm, calm feeling~~ Washer and dryer available, towels plentiful If I go to Seoul again, I will use it again~~
We were a group of six, but it was a shame there were only four pillows. Great place to hang out with friends!
It is a 5-minute walk from Euljiro4-ga Station, so very convenient on foot! Since Gwangjang Market is nearby, it was nice to stroll around and there were tons of delivery options...!! Four of us friends stayed and the living-room-like space where we could all hang out was roomy, and the bathroom was very clean and nice!! Highly recommend~~~
It looks exactly like the photos! We had a fun trip with six friends haha
This is my first time writing a review. We went to Seoul with the kids; check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 but we arrived at 4:30. They contacted us right away asking if they could come in to fix something on the window sash. We were an hour late and not ready, traveling with only the kids without my husband, so we were worried and said no. They kept asking if they could come in anyway, which made me very angry. Shouldn't that have been fixed an hour earlier? We had a hard time bringing the kids and felt very upset, angry, and worried about possible safety issues. When we left I felt relieved and decided never to come back. Please be prepared in advance, and isn't it too much that there isn't even an indoor bathroom?
We had a great time with friends. It's perfect for a large group to stay and hang out! There are lots of delicious places nearby. It was a fun experience. It would be great for foreigners visiting Korea to stay here.

The TV stopped working properly at one point. There was no phone contact option, and the KakaoTalk support did not properly explain how issues would be handled, which was frustrating. Other than that, I was satisfied with the bedding, the bathroom ceiling hairdryer feature, and everything else. There were plenty of dishes, and the amenities and other aspects were good, so I would consider returning.
