If you enter a room with 3 or more people without hotel agreement, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
In case of continuous complaints from customers in other rooms due to excessive drinking or loud noise.
Bookings by minors, same-day cancellations, smoking in rooms.
Other issues arising from unfamiliarity with the notice may be grounds for non-refund.

The price is cheap and the location is good, but because it is a semi-basement the bathroom had a bit of an odor and the bedding felt slightly damp.

I had a comfortable stay.
It was fine for an overnight stay.
It felt clean, like the kind of studio apartment I imagine, so it was comfortable. I liked the price first of all. If I come to the Suyu area, I'll always stay here.
Spacious and nice, but since it's being run as an Airbnb there are too many international guests and the soundproofing is really bad.
It was just okay; reasonable for the price.
