Aneu Ryokan Hotel Suwon Branch

I was a bit worried because the price was cheap, but there was nothing to worry about — it was very clean and tidy. I will visit again when I come to Tsushima! ❤️

The accommodation was spacious and clean, which I liked.

The Japanese ryokan concept fits — the hinoki bath and low bed are nice.

Anuk Ryokan Suwon Guun branch and Anuk Ryokan Hotel Suwon branch are the same place, so why split them?? The Suwon listing showed a hinoki bath in the photos so I booked expecting to reserve a hinoki, but there was only one Oncheon Standard and when I arrived it was just a regular bathtub?? If that is the case I might as well have stayed home — I wasted 130,000 won on the weekend. If they do not refund me, I may report this to the police for fraud.

The ryokan-style layout gives it a unique feel. The floor is tatami, so it felt as comfortable as being at home. The bed was tidy and there were two types of pillows: one regular and one memory foam, so it was great to be able to choose the firmness you wanted. A hair dryer, skin lotion, and other toiletries are provided, but there is no hair iron. When choosing a place I usually check the bathroom cleanliness first, and I thought this place was very well maintained. When you open the bathroom door, there is a frosted glass door to the right that separates the toilet, which I liked a lot. The sink and mirror are outside the bathroom, but that was not a major inconvenience.
