It felt like they gave us a larger room on purpose, but there were no towels :( They brought them quickly, but after showering I opened the fridge to drink water and was so surprised. It smelled strongly of food waste, and there was standing water inside. Also, a high-pitched noise kept occurring. I thought it might be coming from the lamp, so we turned everything off, but a humming sound continued—uuuu~~~. That was quite unpleasant. The high-frequency noise made my companions uncomfortable too.

The cigarette smell was so strong I asked to change rooms, but the new room smelled even worse—cigarette plus a stale odor—so I couldn't stand it. I didn't use the room and had to call a driver to go home. Customer service said they would not refund me; what a waste of money.
