I rested well — great location and a good price.
Had a good rest, haha.
The accommodation was well maintained and clean. There was a table on the terrace, so it was great for comfortably having a late-night snack.
It was my first time visiting and it was really great. I'm sorry I couldn't take pictures of the room interior. I would like to stay again next time.
This is a great place to stay when traveling with a child.
If you step outside, you are right at the central shopping district Enjoyable and relaxing
I thought there would be only one bed, but it seemed they upgraded me! There were two double beds!!! The cleanliness was excellent, and I loved the location and being on a high floor. I'll stop by again next time!!! Highly recommend, highly recommend.
All the accommodations in this building are great.
The room condition and facilities were generally clean, and because it was a residence-style place I was able to use it comfortably. However, while I still had time before checkout, a housekeeping staff member entered the room by entering the password without knocking or giving prior notice. I was staying alone as a woman at the time, and I felt very embarrassed and threatened. Unauthorized entry into an occupied guest room is not something that can be seen as a simple mistake, and I believe basic room management and security procedures were not followed at all. Because this concerns privacy and safety, it definitely needs improvement. This incident seriously ruined my overall stay experience.
There were many places to eat and things to do nearby, and the staff were friendly.
Our property offers non-face-to-face check-in and check-out services, and there is no separate front desk.
On the day of check-in, 1-2 hours before check-in time, we will send you your room number and room password.

Hours:
- Free entry and exit based on 24 hours from the time of entry
- Re-entry is not possible after exiting on the check-out day
- Mechanical parking entry/exit is not available from 10 PM to 6 AM
Precautions:
Due to mechanical parking restrictions for large vehicles, parking space is limited.
Please use the on-site parking if available; if space is insufficient, please contact us for guidance to an external parking lot.
Additional Guests
- Exceeding the standard occupancy: 20,000 KRW per person per night (includes bedding topper + single duvet) / On-site payment
- One preschool child using existing bedding is free; if additional bedding is required, 10,000 KRW / On-site payment
Early Check-in and Late Check-out
- Exceeding standard time: 10,000 KRW per hour / On-site payment
- Maximum check-out time is 1 PM
- Advance inquiry required
- For stays of 5 nights or more, one full cleaning is provided free of charge (upon request).
- Trash collection, bottled water, towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent can be requested additionally.
- If requested one day in advance or by the morning of the same day, it will be processed between 11 AM and 3 PM.
(Please understand that services are difficult to arrange outside of these hours.)
- Room cleaning begins after 11 AM on the check-out day, and the door may be opened for cleaning, so please ensure you check out before 11 AM.
- Cooking using personal fires, such as barbecues, is not allowed; cooking is permitted for dishes that do not produce strong odors.
- Please gather trash in a trash can or your own plastic bags in one place.
- Please wash dishes after use.
Free luggage storage is available. If you wish to use luggage storage, please contact the property in advance.
