Guidelines for Using the Kiosk

Self-service check-in is available at the kiosk on the 2nd floor of the hotel; please enter your reservation number at the kiosk.

If you provided contact information when making your reservation, a reservation confirmation will be sent via text message or KakaoTalk; please check your messages.

If you plan to use the kiosk for check-in outside of front desk operating hours (8:00 AM–11:00 PM), please contact the hotel in advance.

Unsupervised stays by minors are strictly prohibited under South Korean law.

Therefore, minors must bring the required documents to the front desk on the 2nd floor at check-in. (Minors are absolutely not permitted to stay alone.)
