- Lost items are held at the hotel front desk. Upon a guest’s visit or inquiry, we will verify their guest status and briefly check their ID against the lost item; if the information matches, the item will be returned.

- Food items are disposed of on the same day. - All lost items will be disposed of after one month unless otherwise notified.
