This is a relaxing place to stay. The view looks out over the West Sea and it is quiet. About 20 minutes by bus from Yeongjong Station. It is far from Seoul, but it is more cost effective than Seoul, so I make time to come. There is an owner present, so it feels more reassuring than an unmanned motel. The nearby Eobu Singwangho seafood stew is a bonus. I eat Eobu Singwangho seafood stew every time I go.

Very clean and cozy. Heating and cooling both work well. I am just starting my career, and if I were living alone I would want to live in a residence like this. Compared to nearby places, I think the cleanliness is very, very good for the price. Things I missed: Bathroom is small. There is some dried residue in the upper corner of the bathroom wall.
