Combining modern, thoughtfully designed Nordic-style bedrooms with dining and living amenities, the residence offers access to six OTT services (free)—including Netflix, YouTube Premium, Disney+, Apple TV,TVING, Watcha) can be conveniently viewed in various languages to suit your preferences via a 55-inch Smart TV. Additionally, all rooms feature 100% duck-down bedding and pillow-top mattresses, along with European-style outlets installed on both sides of the bed, allowing you to use electronic devices of various sizes. The balcony-style windows provide a spacious, open feel and allow for quick ventilation, helping you relax and unwind. The kitchen features a large 180L refrigerator with separate freezer and refrigerator compartments, a microwave, an iron in the closet, a countertop sink, a cooktop, an induction cooktop, and a front-loading washing machine, making it fully equipped for cooking and dining. Kitchenware, laundry supplies, and tableware are also provided. For consecutive nights or extended stays, we provide only basic trash removal and restocking of amenities and towels.

For stays of 3 days or longer, regular cleaning is provided once every 3 days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

If additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of 20,000 won will be charged; please pay at the front desk.

[If needed, please hang the “Cleaning” card from the set of DD cards in your room on the outside of the door.]

Amenities, towels, and water are replenished daily, but a fee of 1,000 won will be charged for additional requests for [body wash, shampoo, and conditioner].

In the event of loss, damage, or smoking in the room, compensation will be charged based on the [market value].

Disposable Items Policy

Effective April 1, 2024, in accordance with the implementation of disposable item regulations under Article 2 of the Public Health Management Act, disposable items will be sold for a fee.

If smoking is detected, you will be subject to a fine and an additional special cleaning fee based on market rates; in extreme cases, you may be required to vacate the premises.
