[Must Read] Parking Lot Use and Reservation Guide

Only one vehicle per room is allowed (no parking for additional vehicles).

Parking is available 15 minutes before check-in (no early parking).

Please leave your car key at check-in for valet parking.

1. No parking for walk-in reservations

If you reserved 'walk-in,' a parking space will not be assigned. Guests using a vehicle must select the 'vehicle use' option when making a reservation.

2. Vehicle entry restricted when 'Full' notice is given

If a 'Full' notice has already been issued due to limited parking, parking assistance is absolutely not possible even if you booked as a walk-in and arrive by car. (No extra space outside designated areas).

3. No early parking (designated spaces operation)

Empty spaces are designated for other guests who have not yet arrived. Parking is available 15 minutes before check-in, and early parking is not possible even with an additional fee. Please adhere to the time.
