Broa Hotel has been operating at the same location for 10 years, and was designed and remodeled (not just partially remodeled) solely for our guests’ convenience. and was newly opened on June 28, 2023. Everything—from bedding to TVs, heating, and air conditioning—is state-of-the-art, and all rooms feature our key strengths: “spacious rooms” and “spacious bathrooms.” Broa Hotel’s core values are “Comfortable, Simple, and Story,” and we prioritize cleanliness and hospitality above all else.

With the surge in reservations, there have been instances where guests

accidentally book the wrong dates when making advance reservations. We strongly urge you

to double-check your reservation dates before booking. We would like to emphasize once again that reservations for past dates made due to a booking date error

are non-refundable, and our hotel is unable to resolve such issues by any means.

We are doing our very best to prepare for your stay, as you have chosen our hotel.

Additionally, at Broa Hotel, even if you check in late, we will keep your room available

until your scheduled checkout time.

A reservation is a commitment between you and our hotel, and between our hotel and you.

By making a reservation, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to these terms.

We respectfully decline any claims arising from a lack of familiarity with these terms.

Due to frequent claims asking, “Why am I being charged an additional fee when I set the number of guests correctly at check-in and paid accordingly?”, we are providing this detailed explanation

⭕ The price displayed when adding guests is the “total rate based on 2 guests.”

▶ For example, even if you select “3 guests” in the app, the price will not be displayed as a “3-guest rate,” nor will you be charged for 3 guests.

❌ The additional guest fee is not applied, so the total amount is not displayed. ❌

⭕ You must pay the additional guest fee in person at the hotel ⭕

(Excluding Living Suite rooms – standard occupancy is 4 guests)

▶ For all rooms, a fee of 20,000 won per person (per night) applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy of 2.

▶ Under 8 years old: 10,000 KRW / 8 years old and older (including adults): 20,000 KRW

Please note that we follow a “one room, one parking space” policy for all rooms; parking for two or more vehicles per room is strictly prohibited.
