The staff was very friendly before check-in! The location is good, there is a convenience store nearby and places to eat breakfast, and it seems fine if you just need a place to sleep, but... I arrived late on a night flight and the door was left open before check-in, which made me very uneasy, and it feels unsafe going back and forth to the bathroom. Also, they said they could not attach the bed to the wall, and they would not provide extra bedding... Not good for going with a baby. It might be okay for adults only. Cleanliness was so-so. There was a mark on the bathroom door like someone had punched it, and jgng were extremely many; I wondered if there were any other Koreans besides us... h.h..
Comfortable and good for staying alone.

From bus stop #6 between gates 4 and 5 at Arrivals, take a bus towards Yeon-dong, Nohyeong and get off at Sinjeju Rotary (2 stops)
1) For same-day reservations, cancellations can be made via the app or website within 1 hour of booking completion.
2) Even within 1 hour, cancellation is not possible if the check-in time has passed.
3) For reservations made after 3 PM on the day of check-in, cancellations are possible via customer service within 15 minutes.
4) Minors cannot stay without a legal guardian. If check-in is denied for this reason, cancellation and refund are not possible.
5) For cancellations due to natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snow, documents such as flight cancellation certificates may be requested, and cancellation may not be possible depending on the severity of the disaster.
6) Early check-out, unilateral cancellation, or partial cancellation due to personal reasons are non-refundable.
