H Avenue Haeundae Branch, Busan

It's a hotel close to Haeundae Beach, so you can have fun and then relax comfortably!! The staff are friendly! They even upgraded our room, so we had a comfortable stay! Whenever I come to Haeundae, I will always stay here!!

Hello, I am so angry that I am leaving a review… We are regulars who have visited this place more than five times. Today we purposely came to Haeundae to use this place and were in the middle of checking in when the front desk staff suddenly told us to cancel our reservation. When I asked why, they said an earlier guest had damaged a TV and there were no rooms available for short stays, so we could not check in. If that was the situation, shouldn’t you have blocked reservations from the start? If a reservation had already been made, you should have at least called to inform us that check-in would be impossible. We came all the way there and were checking in when we were suddenly told to cancel, which was very shocking. What’s more, even though I said it would be difficult to cancel because it was a same-day reservation, they told me to call the Yanolja customer center and cancel myself. I understand the hotel can process cancellations too, but it felt like they were dumping all the inconvenience onto the customer… What angered me most was the staff member’s attitude… They handled us without once saying they were sorry. If there had been a sincere apology, I probably wouldn’t feel this upset ^^ I was disappointed by the way they handled it, their lack of responsibility, service attitude, and basic manners. I was a regular, but because of this incident I don’t think I will ever visit again. Ha ha

Had a great time with my friend and rested well!! It was so nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly, which I loved!! The room was clean, and they cleaned everything when the room was vacated!!

Dongbaek Island is very close. It's great for enjoying even during a business trip~!!

The staff were kind, the room was clean, and it was conveniently close to the subway station and Haeundae, so I had a comfortable stay.

I visited the Haeundae branch again after a long time. It was Tuesday, room 206. The owner is still friendly and full of smiles, and thanks to the clean accommodation I rested comfortably. I wanted to stay one more night on Wednesday, but there seemed to be an event in the area and most places were fully booked, so I sadly returned to my home in Daegu. I will probably visit the Haeundae branch again soon. Thank you to the staff and employees who are always so kind ^^

I had to go suddenly and was worried about accommodation, but I rested very well. The weekday special made the price reasonable. The TV wasn't working, but someone came and fixed the network cable. The bedding and room cleanliness were spotless. Because of other matters I couldn't go to Haeundae Beach in person, but the location is close, so if I come to Busan again, I definitely want to stay here.
