This was the worst room cleanliness of any place I have stayed. The staff greeted me kindly at check-in so I went in feeling good, but as soon as I entered there was a clump of hair on the floor. If they had cleaned, you could not have missed it. The clump was so large I at first thought it was a cockroach and was startled. There was also a strand of hair on the pillow, and the worst part was urine stains on the toilet. There was a strange urine-like smell in the bathroom and I wondered where it was coming from; of course it would smell if the toilet was not cleaned. Isn’t it too much to leave urine on the toilet? It was not just a drop; there was so much that it could not have been overlooked. It was so dirty I was really shocked. The air purifier was full of dust and the top of the refrigerator was dusty too; the dust was so thick there were even unknown fingerprints. The sink had pink mold, and something was stuck in the sink drain so the water did not drain well. The listing said amenities are provided and did not say they were paid, but the amenity box in the room only had a sample skin lotion. I thought maybe they were paid so I asked the front desk, and they just gave them to me. Normally it should be stocked, so that implies it was not filled. At that point I wondered if they had put me into a room someone had just used. No matter how reasonable the price is or how well equipped it is with things like a styler or air purifier, with this level of cleanliness no one would revisit.
