-Cancellations are not possible on the day of reservation (non-refundable).
-All rooms are based on an occupancy of up to 2 people (an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged per extra person).
We verify the IDs of all guests, including accompanying persons.
-Admission is not possible without ID, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
-Minors are not allowed.
-If you do not bring your ID, usage will be restricted and no refund will be given.
-No pets allowed.
-Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more are not allowed and no refunds will be given.
-If personal lost items occur, the hotel will not compensate, so please double check when checking out.
-Food waste is disposed of immediately due to its nature.
-Please be careful not to damage wallpaper and bedding when bringing in food.
-Customers are responsible for compensation in case of excessive damage.
-For random rooms, customers cannot choose the room type, and no refunds are possible for this reason (especially not on the same day).
-For consecutive night bookings, no refunds are possible for remaining days after check-in.
-Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and bathrooms.
-If smoking is detected, a charge of 100,000 KRW will be applied, which includes compensation for the time the room is unusable due to ventilation and cleaning costs.
-Damage caused by using candles, dyeing, or throwing objects may result in compensation charges.
-Please leave your card key at the front desk when going out.
-Lost and found items not claimed will be disposed of after a maximum of 4 weeks.
-There are no additional charges for consecutive nights.
Rental items: Hair straightener, phone charger (If additional items are needed, they can be borrowed for free after leaving your ID at the front desk).
Basic amenities: Disposable chopsticks/spoons, first aid supplies (request at the front desk if needed).
Lost and Found storage: Unclaimed lost items will be disposed of after a maximum of 4 weeks of storage.

As the only hotel in Jecheon, it was pleasant and I could use it with peace of mind. Fortunately there was a room available so they upgraded me, which I really appreciated. It looks like they recently remodeled; the room and the bathroom were clean! I'll come again~
I had a good rest in a clean, well-maintained room.
I had to go to Jecheon suddenly and booked in a hurry, but it was clean and tidy, which I liked a lot, and I rested comfortably.

The area has convenient access to amenities, and the room is tidy.
The soundproofing is good, and the bedding, styler, hairdryer, shower, etc. are all pleasant.
The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean, so I was able to rest comfortably ^^
