Information on Bringing Your Dog

- Only dogs weighing less than 15 kg are allowed.

- Up to two dogs are allowed, and there is an additional fee of 20,000 won per dog per night.

- Payment is processed at the kiosk upon check-in. Stairs, cushions, dishes, and potty pads (2 per night) will be provided in the room only if a prior request has been confirmed.

- Since guests without pets are also staying here, dogs that bark excessively or mark their territory heavily are not permitted. (A leash is required.)

- Guests traveling with dogs must contact the accommodation in advance.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

- As our property is unstaffed and does not have a reception desk, you must complete self-check-in using the kiosk located at the 6th-floor entrance.

+How to Receive Your Key+

- Kiosk check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM.

- You can search for your reservation by name, and your room key and receipt will be issued after check-in.

- It may take a few moments to print the receipt, but your room number and door lock passcode are listed at the bottom, so please be sure to pick it up.

- The entrance passcode required to access the 1st floor after midnight will be provided one day before your check-in (please use the main entrance).

Operational Guidelines

+ Front Desk Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

+ If you arrive late at night (after midnight), you must enter the access code at the main entrance on the first floor to gain entry.

+ We will provide the access code one day before check-in. Kiosk check-in is available at any time.

- Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted, but you may store your luggage in the luggage storage lockers.

- As this is a pet-friendly property, there may be guests with dogs in the rooms. Refunds are not available for this reason, so please be sure to check before booking.

- This platform only sells listings that do not allow dogs. Guests traveling with dogs must contact the property directly.

Parking Information

- Public parking lots are available near the property, and there are various parking zones around the building with different rates.

- The parking lot inside the property can accommodate up to 5 vehicles per day on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of vehicle type.

- Advance request is required, and you must operate the gate yourself. The password for the gate remote control storage box will be provided on the day of check-in.

※Entry and exit are not permitted from 7:00 PM until 10:00 AM the following day.※

Additionally, on weekends and public holidays, if you must exit before 10:00 AM, you will need to manually raise the gate to exit.

If this causes inconvenience, we ask that you use a nearby public parking lot.
