A remodeled, clean, and tidy motel. Hongseong Eupseong is nearby so it is good for sightseeing. There is a market in front and a park a short walk away. There is an elevator and the building is neat.
The room was large, clean, and tidy, so I was able to rest comfortably.
The interior was clean and tidy, maybe because it was remodeled. The owner was very kind and everything was good. It was still cold, but each bed had an electric mattress pad, and even though it is a three-story building, there was an elevator so that was convenient. However, maybe because the twin room was close to the basement karaoke, there was a guest who started singing from 2 a.m., so I couldn't sleep. Even on the second floor, outside noise was mostly fine, but the sound of the side door slamming in the staff corridor and the singing was a bit difficult. Other families who stayed said it was not that bad, so the noise probably varies by time and day.
