Dogs Allowed (Fee Applies)

1. We offer separate pet-friendly rooms. Please book the [Pet-Friendly Ondol] room when making your reservation.

2. Only small dogs weighing 10 kg or less are permitted.

3. A maximum of two dogs may be brought in at the same time.

4. If bedding needs to be replaced due to soiling or damage caused by your dog after check-in, an additional fee will apply.

We provide free rentals of dog bowls, cushions, and potty pads for your dog’s stay.

5. Entry may be denied if you bring a dog without prior arrangement, so please be sure to inquire before check-in.

Rooftop BBQ Area (Fee Required)

1. Reservations are required (please inquire at the front desk).

2. Charcoal, tongs, scissors, plates, chopsticks, and other items are provided to guests.

3. Operating hours: 3 hours per session, with two time slots available (5:00 PM–8:00 PM, 9:00 PM–12:00 AM).

4. You must bring your own food and beverages.

Large Conference Room (Banquet Hall)

We have a spacious conference room available that can accommodate 70 or more people simultaneously.

It can be used for a variety of events, such as banquets, first birthday parties, and other celebrations.

Audio and video equipment is provided.

With small conference rooms also available, the space can be flexibly utilized for small group meetings and other gatherings.

Hotel Operating Policies

1. All rooms are based on double occupancy. An additional fee of 20,000 won per person (including bedding) applies for extra guests.

- Extra guests may not be permitted to stay in the room without prior notification.

2. For extended stays, you must request room cleaning service for the room to be cleaned.

- Cleaning request hours: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Reservation Notice

1. All room rates are based on two guests; additional charges apply for extra guests (please contact the property).

2. Additional charges may be automatically applied if you check out after the designated check-out time.

3. Please check directly with the partner property regarding the eligibility of minors to stay before proceeding with your reservation.

- No cancellations or refunds will be issued for denied check-ins resulting from reservations for minors sharing a room without prior inquiry.

4. Please refrain from making excessive noise at night, as this may result in being asked to leave.

5. Damage to or theft of room property may result in criminal prosecution, and you will be required to pay compensation based on the property’s standard rates.

All rooms at our hotel are non-smoking.

Smoke and heat detectors are active in the rooms. Smoking in a room will trigger the fire alarm.

Smoking in your room may result in immediate termination of your stay, and you will be charged up to 100,000 won for room cleaning and downtime costs associated with the smoking.

Designated smoking areas are available outside the building on the first floor and on the rooftop. Please smoke only in these designated areas.

1. We have a parking lot with a total capacity of over 40 vehicles on the 2nd and 3rd basement levels.

2. Our hotel provides parking for one vehicle per room.

3. Please provide your license plate number upon check-in; parking fees will apply if not registered.

4. Large buses can park at the hotel’s main entrance. (Please inquire at the front desk.)

The hotel operates its own Korean restaurant, Seonhwa Restaurant, on the first floor.

All hotel guests receive a 10% discount on all menu items at all times.

Please mention that you are a hotel guest when ordering.

- Check-in is not permitted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, including infants and toddlers; cancellations or refunds are not available for this reason.

- A cancellation and refund fee will apply for cancellations due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons.

- Failure to observe basic etiquette, or any behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others, is grounds for immediate eviction.

- To prevent fires, cooking and the use of open flames are prohibited in guest rooms. Violations may result in immediate eviction.

- Mixed-gender groups of three or more people (excluding family members) are not permitted to stay together, and no refunds will be issued for this reason.
